Throughout 2013-14, George Medve had been helping Monitise develop the UK’s market-leading native Android banking applications.

Challenge

How do you take a Monitise standard product made up of standard core functionality – including Payments, Registration, Multiple Account Creation, Commerce (Shop / Gifting) Location Services (ATM, Targeted Offers), P2P / MPOS Payments, Alerting and VOD – and create an advanced Android application that differentiates each of Monitise’s four top-10 UK retail banking clients from one another?

Process

1) Understand each client’s unique banking customer base – including RBS, CB, NatWest, Yorkshire and Coop
2) Extract, understand and express client’s brand values – then leverage innovative functional, navigation and look and feel tactics to develop a world-class application that meets each bank customer’s needs
3) Provide real-time adaptability to make necessary changes based on new market or client customer needs
